Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager

Department: Client Acquisition & Management

Location: Adajan, Surat

Industry: Staffing & Manpower Solutions

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years (preferably in Staffing Industry)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into ongoing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for continuous business
  • Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements as per client discussions
  • Handle meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Ensure smooth coordination between business development and operations teams
  • Maintain records, daily reports, and progress MIS
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Knowledge of Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing industry preferred
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple client requirements
  • Ability to understand diverse industry job roles and adapt quickly
  • Client servicing and relationship management
  • Lead generation and business development capability
