Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, and market visits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Present and promote products to clients (retailers, distributors, corporates, franchises).

  • Handle client queries, complaints, and provide effective after-sales support.

  • Conduct regular market visits to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

  • Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly sales reports.

  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and update customer database regularly.

  • Travel within the assigned territory for sales meetings and follow-ups.

  • Assist in franchise development and expansion activities when required

Qualifications:

Experience & Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in (Sales, Marketing, Business) Experience in F&B / FMCG / snacks industry or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1–3 years in sales / field sales role

  • Knowledge of Gujarati / local language (for customer interactions).

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience in B2B / corporate sales

  • Ability to supervise teams and manage operational processes. CRM software experience

  • Understanding of supply chain / distribution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
