Automotive Studio Interior Designer (Pan-India Projects)

Miracle Hub Recruitment Agency is seeking an Automotive Studio Interior Designer for our client, a prominent and rapidly expanding premium automotive service and car detailing brand with a focus on pan-India franchise expansion.

Location: Surat, Gujarat (with Pan-India Travel)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Role Summary

Are you an Interior Designer ready to shift gears and specialize in high-octane commercial spaces? Our client requires a creative and highly practical designer to conceptualize and execute interior layouts that transform their premium automobile studios and car detailing service bays into world-class customer experience centers. This role is a perfect blend of aesthetic vision, operational efficiency, and brand standardization for national rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Aesthetic & Layout Mastery: Develop innovative 2D/3D concepts, detailed AutoCAD drawings, and high-quality SketchUp/3Ds Max renders for new studio rollouts, encompassing customer lounges, reception areas, offices, and, critically, the technical service bays.
• Workflow Optimization: Focus on designing layouts that maximize operational efficiency and safety within the technical service and detailing areas, ensuring an optimized workflow for the auto technicians.
• Brand & Material Curation: Select premium finishes, furniture, lighting (ambient and task-specific), and décor that strictly align with the client's luxury brand identity and durability standards suitable for an automotive environment.
• Franchise Standardization: Play a key role in developing and documenting standard design modules and aesthetic guidelines for quick, high-quality replication across multiple franchise locations nationwide.
• End-to-End Project Execution: Manage project timelines, coordinate seamlessly with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and conduct frequent pan-India site visits to rigorously oversee execution, quality assurance, and project handover.
• Client Experience Focus: Design spaces that enhance customer comfort, waiting area ambience, and the overall retail experience.

Must-Have Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in commercial interior projects, with a strong preference for experience in Automobile Showrooms, Retail Banking, High-end Retail, or specialized Commercial/Hospitality projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max (or similar 3D rendering software). Knowledge of Photoshop for mood boards is essential.
• Travel Readiness: Proven willingness and ability to travel extensively across India (as required) for site supervision and project setup.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with the functional/operational demands of a working service studio.

Nice-to-Have

• Direct experience designing technical workshops or service bay areas.
• Prior experience in design standardization or managing franchise rollout projects.
