Location: Orchid Harmony, Gaurav path road, Surat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000/month + Attractive Incentives (Per Franchise Sold)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Franchise Sales Preferred)

We are a fast-growing car wash company with a strong focus on delivering premium services and building a robust franchise network across India. We're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to join our team and take our expansion to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and generate leads through cold calling, social media, and networking.
Connect with potential franchise partners and explain our car wash franchise model.
Deliver presentations and answer queries related to investment, support, ROI, and operations.
Travel across different cities of Gujarat for meetings, demos, and closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
Meet monthly franchise sales targets (minimum 1 franchise per month).
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel across Gujarat as per business requirements.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the car wash, automotive, or service industry is an added advantage.
