We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing qualified franchise partners who align with our brand values and growth objectives. You'll play a key role in scaling our footprint across new and existing markets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of franchising models and FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, or market visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
