
Regional Sales Manager

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Own setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
Work collaboratively across all verticals.
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. Must report to the Head Office at Pune every month.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requisites:
Graduate or PG in Agriculture or should have acquired a similar qualification.
Expertise in Agronomy.
12+ years of work experience in Sales Management across PAN India level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
