Roth Pets Private Limited is looking for a reliable and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide direct support to senior management and ensure the smooth handling of professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be skilled in time and schedule management, travel coordination, administrative support, office logistics, liaison work, and personal errands, while maintaining the highest level of discretion and trustworthiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Handle travel planning, including ticketing, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for office operations and assist in smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Serve as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Run and manage personal errands as required.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and follow-ups on assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
- Prior experience in handling logistics, travel coordination, and administrative functions is an advantage.
