Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, located in Navi Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and handling clerical tasks. The day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining records. The candidate will support the Director in a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
