Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Director's office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in follow-ups on pending tasks, projects, and communications.
- Manage office documents, filing systems, and records efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely flow of information and updates.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and personal errands as required.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Knowledge of business etiquette and professional correspondence.
