Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring efficient communication. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Effective Communication and Diary Management capabilities
- Proficient in Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- possesing good excel and power point presentation skill
- Legal and MBA preferred
