Job Title: Personal Assistant Family Office
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the management and family office with administrative, financial, and personal coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all personal and confidential documents for the management and family.
- Handle personal accounting, bill payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Ensure timely renewal and payment of personal insurance, subscriptions, and utilities.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and service providers for personal finance matters.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for visa applications, travel, and related formalities.
- Liaise with vendors, domestic staff, and external agencies as required.
- Maintain calendars, reminders, and due dates for key commitments and renewals.
- Support any other personal, administrative, or logistical requirements of the family office.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Commerce, Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a family office setup.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic accounting tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
