Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, based in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the director's daily schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The Personal Assistant will also assist in organizing travel arrangements, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative support when needed.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the manager.
- Draft, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
- Maintain confidential records and files with discretion.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist in personal tasks (as required) while maintaining professionalism.
- Support in event planning, office coordination, and other administrative activities.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
