We are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Cold Caller to join our international business development team and play a vital role in expanding our global client base.
Position Overview
As a Cold Caller – B2B Lead Generation, you'll be the voice that opens doors to new business opportunities. Your role involves identifying prospects, understanding their requirements, and connecting them with our sales team to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to international prospects (US, UK, Australia, etc.) to introduce IBR Infotech's services.
- Present and explain our web and app development solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
- Research and identify key decision-makers across industries to uncover potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, call scripts, and lead qualification processes.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle objections tactfully and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing, preferably in B2B IT services.
- Exceptional English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Comfortable working across international time zones.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile app development (a plus).
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an IT services or software development company.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other B2B lead generation tools.
- Ability to create personalized outreach messages aligned with client pain points.
