About IBR Infotech:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct **cold calls** to prospects in various international markets to generate qualified leads for **web and app development services**.
- Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their business needs.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of IBR Infotech’s services to potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and call information.
- Schedule follow-up meetings or demos with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve outreach scripts and strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in **cold calling / telesales / telemarketing**, preferably in **B2B IT services**.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working across **different time zones** to target international clients (especially US, UK, Australia).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of **web and mobile app development** services is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in an IT service or software company.
- Ability to craft personalized messaging based on industry and business type.
- Exposure to lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
