We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our B2B lead generation team and help expand our client base across international markets.
Role Overview:
As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our cutting-edge development services. You'll be responsible for initiating first contact, generating qualified leads, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets to generate B2B leads.
- Identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
- Present IBR Infotech's value proposition effectively to prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate call and lead data.
- Schedule follow-up meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, strategies, and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing (B2B preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working across different time zones (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services (web and mobile app development) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in an IT services or software development company.
- Ability to personalize outreach messaging based on client profiles or industries.
- Exposure to lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
