**JOB SUMMARRY**:
We’re looking for a bright, talented, hard-working professionals who has a passion for the tele calling to join our department to improve sales by reaching out more clients. To this end, the tele calling is required for obtaining list of individuals information, and to source data of the targeted audience. The tele calling is responsible to make a cold call,either to get information or to the company’s product or services. The successful tele calling can convince every type of individual to purchase the product or services. Tele caller will suggest ways in which client’s feedback can utilized our company services.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Studying the details of each offering.Obtaining and updating list of individuals contact details.Calling active and convince clients to purchase then product or service.Addressing clients’ uncertainties and suggestions on time.Noting down the important details of the conversations.Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance related expectations.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills mainly in English and Hindi language.Ability to learn things easily and fast.Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills. Ability to handle pressure for the betterment of the company.Good MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel).Tele calling experience is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore - 452001, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
