**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive (with Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge)

**Location**: On-site

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 6months - 1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
**Salary**: 10,000 - 15,000
**Start Date**: Immediate

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**:

- Call potential customers to introduce and promote our services
- Explain key features, benefits, and value propositions
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team

**Inbound Calls**:

- Handle customer queries over the phone
- Share accurate information about services, pricing, and offers

**Digital Marketing Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align messaging with active campaigns
- Share customer feedback to improve digital strategies

**Lead Management**:

- Maintain and update lead databases regularly
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversions

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction

**Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, leads, and conversions
- Share insights and updates with the marketing and sales teams

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- **Experience**: 6months - 1year in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred; freshers may apply

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasion and negotiation ability
- Comfortable with CRM software and basic computer tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
