As a Tele Caller at SG Gurukul, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students and their parents/guardians to provide information about our educational programs, answer queries, and assist with the admissions process. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential applicants, build rapport, and encourage them to consider SG Gurukul for their educational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents/guardians to introduce them to SG Gurukul's educational programs, admission procedures, and available facilities. Initiate conversations in a friendly and professional manner to establish rapport and address any questions or concerns.
- **Information Provision**: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about SG Gurukul's curriculum, faculty, extracurricular activities, facilities, fee structure, and admission requirements. Address inquiries related to academic programs, enrollment deadlines, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid options.
- **Lead Management**: Record all interactions with prospective students and maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-up actions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Update contact information, track progress through the admissions pipeline, and prioritize follow-up based on lead status and urgency.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process. Listen attentively to their needs and concerns, address any objections or hesitations, and provide personalized support to guide them through the decision-making process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

**Notes**:

- Immediate joiner.
- Work from office.
- Relocate to Indore.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
