We’re expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic **Tele caller Executives** to help us connect with more students and guide them toward the right career path.

**Job Summary**:
As a **Tele caller Executive**, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, providing information about our programs, and converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from lead databases
- Explain course offerings and guide students on suitable programs
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins or confirmed admissions
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems
- Handle student queries with professionalism and courtesy

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident and clear telephone voice
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
