**Job Summary**: As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and assisting with their inquiries. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate calls to potential clients or leads, introducing the company’s products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads for further sales or follow-up.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services to accurately address customer questions and concerns.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or queries.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to help improve products or services and report any significant issues to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
- **Persuasion**: Ability to effectively persuade and influence others to achieve sales objectives.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle rejection and adapt to different customer responses.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus.
