**Job Title**: Tele caller Intern

**Location**: Vijay Nagar, Indore

**Duration**: 45 days

As a Tele caller Intern, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and helping to generate leads. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Answer customer queries and resolve any issues related to the product/service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, problems, and interests.
- Meet daily/weekly targets as set by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Good persuasive skills and ability to handle rejections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Available to work [specify work hours, e.g., 4-6 hours a day].
