Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle **inbound calls** from customers, answer queries and provide information in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads; follow up on leads to convert them into sales or further interest.
- Maintain and update customer database / CRM with accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets (number of calls, conversions, revenue etc.).
- Cross‑sell or upsell additional products/services where possible.
- Provide feedback from customers to the sales or product team to help improve offerings.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; handle customer objections/complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align calling campaigns and objectives.
- Participate in training sessions to understand product details, scripts, and tele calling best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass; a graduation is a plus.
- Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales or customer service preferred (but freshers may also be considered if they have good communication skills).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi** and **English**. Local dialect is a plus.
- Basic computer skills: familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or CRM tools.
- Good listening skills, patience, and ability to handle rejection.
- Target‑driven mindset; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Punctuality, reliability, good attendance.
