**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients and introduce our digital marketing services.
- Qualify leads based on their business needs and budget.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Provide detailed daily and weekly call reports to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of proven experience** in telecalling for a **digital marketing agency**.
- Strong understanding of services like Google Ads, SEO, Website Design, and Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,314.81 per month
