- **Market Exploration & Expansion**:

- Identify lucrative new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate and thrive in untapped areas within the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure strong brand loyalty and sustained growth.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research & Strategy Adjustment**:

- Conduct routine analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Adapt sales approaches to align with dynamic market conditions.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**:

- Work closely with marketing teams to craft compelling promotional campaigns, pricing tactics, and product positioning strategies, enhancing market penetration.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track sales data meticulously and prepare detailed forecasts and reports on performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely, actionable insights are shared for continuous improvement.
- **Event Coordination & Lead Generation**:

- Represent the company at sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to showcase products/services and secure new leads.
- **Compliance & Professional Integrity**:

- Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring professional conduct at all times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
