**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Visit clients, dealers, and distributors to generate sales.
- Maintain and expand customer base by developing strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Participate in trade exhibitions and promotional events.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in B2B or industrial product sales (tools/hardware experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software (e.g., CRM).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with tools, hardware, or FMCG products.
- Knowledge of local market trends and distribution networks.
