Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and develop potential business opportunities. The role involves researching target prospects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by building a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and convert them into opportunities Prepare basic reports on lead status and performance Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cold calling and outbound outreach Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email platforms (preferred) Goal-oriented with a positive learning attitude What We Offer: Structured training on lead generation and sales processes Hands-on exposure to B2B/B2C sales environments Career growth opportunities into Business Development or Sales roles Performance-based incentives
