At SS Legacy Engineer Pvt Ltd, we are currently hiring an Industrial Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team and be responsible for facilitating relationships with employees and business stakeholders with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment. Minimum Requisite:

  • Master's degree in human resources
  • 8-10 years of IR and HR Management Experience in industrial field
  • Proven success working in relevant field
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of national and state laws and regulations related to employment

Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with employees & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
  • Should have experience in Training and Development
  • Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
  • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Upkeep all records and registers with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Be the SPOC for client's requirement and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
  • Consistent evaluation of the training and development program and adopting the best practices regarding training and development.
  • Should take ownership for all statutory compliances on due time and ensure all requisites related statutory audits.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹52,000.00 per month
