Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify potential clients through Sales Navigator, E-Mail marketing, Appolo, LinkedIn and strategic follow-ups. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by building a strong pipeline of leads.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads via online platforms, cold calling, networking, and industry events.

  • Pitch our services – website development, mobile application solutions, and SEO – to prospective clients.

  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.

  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into clients.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
