Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to drive end-to-end hiring across India for a reputed Indian multinational. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high-volume recruitment, handling roles from entry-level to senior leadership, and collaborating with vendor consultants to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions and levels (entry to senior)
  • Plan and execute pan-India hiring strategies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  • Source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners and consultants
  • Ensure timely closures while working under pressure
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in recruitment (preferably 7+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices across industries
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with vendor consultants is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
