Role & responsibilities

  • End to End Recruitment & Client Management.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions, including headhunting and industry mapping.
  • * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

Preferred candidate profile

  • An energetic, bright & Excellent communication skills.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate
  • 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, leadership hiring, or headhunting with a focus on Technical positions.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple clients simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the IT technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
