Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with expertise in bulk recruitment for the Oil & Gas, Mining and Civil industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects, leading recruitment teams, and ensuring the effective and timely fulfilment of technical and operational roles. You will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive recruitment drives for our clients, building a robust talent pipeline, and enhancing recruitment strategies to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development:
    Design and implement bulk recruitment strategies to meet the high-volume staffing needs of clients in the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management:
    Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and ensuring the team meets hiring targets.
  • Client Collaboration:
    Work closely with clients to understand their manpower requirements, develop recruitment plans, and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Project Management:
    Plan and execute large-scale recruitment drives, including job fairs, walk-in interviews, and international hiring campaigns.
  • Talent Sourcing:
    Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract highly skilled professionals, including engineers, technicians, project managers, safety officers, and other specialized roles.
  • Process Optimization:
    Continuously improve recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    Ensure recruitment practices comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and delivering regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, specializing in bulk recruitment for the Oil & Gas and Mining industries.
  2. Leadership Skills:
    Proven experience in managing and developing recruitment teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Technical Knowledge:
    In-depth understanding of industry-specific roles, technical competencies, and certifications required in Oil & Gas and Mining operations.
  4. Educational Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  5. Preferred:
    Knowledge of international recruitment practices and experience with cross-border hiring is an advantage.
