Role Overview:

As the Tech Recruitment Manager at Arcitech AI, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success in the tech industry. You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent, implementing data-driven recruitment strategies, and staying ahead of tech recruitment trends. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent
  • Conduct technical skills assessments and candidate screenings
  • Source candidates through various channels and networks
  • Manage the interview scheduling and onboarding process
  • Stay updated on tech recruitment trends and best practices
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to optimize the hiring process
  • Implement diversity hiring initiatives
  • Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment budget
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of the tech industry and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates
  • Proficiency in Python recruitment
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies

Compensation:

Salary range: 700,000 to 1,200,000 INR, with room for negotiation.
