Role - Senior Analyst - IT Recruitment.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in technology hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies for tech roles, ensuring timely and quality hires that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic talent solutions.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards; analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Architects, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, HackerRank).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
