Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai for a Customer Service Sales Support position. The Customer Service Sales Support professional will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Key daily tasks include managing phone calls, addressing customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and support requests. Candidates should have upselling, cross-selling skills.
Qualifications:
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
