Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for:


• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction


• Handling inquiries with professionalism and strong phone etiquette


• Guiding customers with tailored product recommendations and overseeing the sales process


• Updating daily sales and inventory records accurately


• Maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring smooth end-to-end service experiences

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in the pet industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage
