Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Coordination

Company: Hiring for a leading GLOBAL Building Material client

Location: Navi Mumbai Turbhe

Experience Required: 35 years in a similar role (experience in MNC / Indian MNC is a must)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with order booking, follow-up, pre-payments & invoicing in ERP.
  • Coordinate with logistics, technical & credit teams for smooth order execution.
  • Handle customer queries, claims & returns, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Update ERP/MIS systems, maintain accurate records & filing.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery & customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with 35 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & ERP systems.
  • Prior experience in MNC/Indian MNC (preferred in building materials / related industries).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
