Customer Service Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services.
- Provide accurate information regarding policy coverage, claims, renewals, and premium payments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Preferred candidate profile
Language Requirements:
Candidates must be fluent in any one or more of the following regional languages:
- Malayalam
- Bengali
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Kannada
Basic proficiency in English and/or Hindi is preferred.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Experience: 02 years in customer service or insurance domain preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
