Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Service Executive at Yes Bank. This role involves handling customer queries and delivering a high level of service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs
  • Must be willing to work from the Thane Kasarwadawali location
