About the Role

Edujam LLP is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about education and student support.

In this role, you'll focus on resolving student queries and generating references through proactive follow-ups, contributing directly to student satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student queries through phone, email.
  • Understand and resolve academic or technical issues efficiently and professionally
  • Generate student references through regular follow-ups and engagement
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM or internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student support experience
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and empathetic approach at all times

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using support or tracking tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A learner's mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
