Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Inbound Customer Service Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls/emails/chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Fluency in [insert required languages].

Shift & Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts / Fixed shifts (as applicable)
  • Weekend availability may be required
