About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
- Record and update customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, or Tamil language candidate preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good listening skills and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service(freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,591.89 per month
