Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment processes and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR operations, including attendance, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations (1-3 years).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹34,009.54 per month
