About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented
HR Executive
to join our growing Digital Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring a positive workplace culture that aligns with the creative and dynamic spirit of our agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and client servicing roles.
  • Onboarding & Induction:
    Ensure smooth joining formalities, orientation, and integration of new employees.
  • HR Operations:
    Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Organize activities, events, and recognition programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Performance Management:
    Support in appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and organizational processes.
  • Training & Development:
    Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating sessions for upskilling.
  • Exit Formalities:
    Manage resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
