- Monitor and track compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of employee engagement strategies.
- Generate reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Participate in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee issues effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with employee performance management systems.
- Basic knowledge of employee training and development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR-related data.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
- A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Willingness to continue learning and staying updated on HR trends.
