The HR Executive serves as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters. Moreover, this role involves the collection and analysis of employee data, contributing to strategic planning and performance optimization. As such, the HR Executive not only supports the workforce but also actively participates in shaping the organizational culture and promoting employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding programs.
  • Manage employee performance review processes, ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support employee relations and handle disciplinary procedures.
  • Facilitate training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.
  • Monitor and track compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development of employee engagement strategies.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee issues effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with employee performance management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of employee training and development strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR-related data.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
  • Understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Willingness to continue learning and staying updated on HR trends.
