Brief description:
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR functions, ensure adherence to company policies, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics and support functions, including sourcing candidates for operations, documentation, and warehouse roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires across multiple locations.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data.
• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements relevant to logistics operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning memos, and relieving letters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in English and the local/regional language.
• Prior experience in the logistics sector will be considered an advantage.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel locally when required.
