Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment strategy, planning, and execution for all functions across India. This includes strategic hiring numbers in the corporate office too. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, design effective talent strategies, and ensure timely hiring of top-quality candidates aligned with our companys growth and goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business plans, project pipelines, and attrition analysis.
- Design and drive targeted hiring campaigns for key business units (Sales, Service Delivery, Projects, NOC/SOC, Pre-Sales, Engineering Support, etc.).
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition to onboarding for PAN India locations.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, campus, and vendors).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business heads, delivery managers, and project leaders to understand and fulfill manpower needs.
- Provide timely recruitment updates and analytics to senior management.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices using ATS and other HR tech tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion guidelines.
- Regularly audit recruitment documentation and hiring metrics for quality and consistency.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure services domain and related job roles.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws, HR compliance, and diversity hiring.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 3-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT/ITeS/Infrastructure Services industry.
- Experience in managing a geographically distributed hiring function is a must.
