Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive - Volume Hiring (BPM Industry)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Volume Hiring Recruiter to join our team at Digitide. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end mass hiring for BPM or BPO roles, with strong sourcing and coordination skills to meet large-scale hiring targets within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring mandates in the BPM industry.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6months/1 year of experience in mass/volume hiring within the BPM/BPO industry
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through multiple portals like naukri, employee referrals, walk ins etc;
  • Strong stakeholder management & coordination skills
  • Excellent communication & networking abilities
