Non IT Recruiter

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Non IT recruitment, with knowledge of sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various non-technical roles.

  • Handle Junior to Senior level positions.
  • Manage internal and external recruitment.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and operations.
  • Understand requirements for open positions.
  • Experience and understanding in hiring for non-IT technology roles.
  • Create and publish job ads on Naukri and LinkedIn portals.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes through job portals.
  • Match profiles according to client requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates via telephonic conversation to assess communication skills and qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews with the company.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Daily target of 5 CVs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Work from office only (WFO) in Thane.
  • Attractive incentive policy.
  • 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
