Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across sectors such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharma, and Chemicals. This role demands close collaboration with business heads to understand talent needs, craft job descriptions, source and assess candidates, and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client, ensuring clear and timely communication of requirements and updates.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business goals, hiring preferences, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure all deliverables (resume submissions, interview coordination, feedback) are completed within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles and departments.
• Leverage multiple sourcing platforms, including Resdex, FoundIt, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals, to identify top talent.
• Maintain a steady talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Deliver quality resumes within specified timelines by thoroughly screening for job fitment.
• Conduct telephonic HR screenings to assess candidate alignment with job requirements.
• Provide candidates with timely updates and feedback to maintain a positive hiring experience.
• Perform consistent post-selection follow-ups with offered candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce offer dropouts.
