Designation: Executive / Senior Executive HR (IT / Non-IT Recruitment)
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Office Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR Recruitment (IT or Non-IT hiring)

Venue: GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, Building No. 5, 4th Floor, Mindspace, Thane Belapur Road, Next to Times of India Building, Gate 1, Airoli East, Navi Mumbai
Time: 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Walk-in Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including JD drafting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, references, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Onboarding & Induction
- Support the employee onboarding process and conduct induction for new hires.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee files and HR databases.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications & Skill Set
- Graduate in any stream (Post-graduation in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment with exposure to mid-level and leadership hiring.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
